Collega's komen uit verschillende landen en Engels is een belangrijke voertaal op de werkvloer. Als HR-medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en werk je direct samen met de CEO. De lijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en je ziet meteen wat jouw werk oplevert. Functieomschrijving Ben jij een HR-medewerker die parttime wil werken en het liefst zelf de touwtjes in handen heeft? Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in Maastricht zoeken we een HR-medewerker voor 24 uur per week. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de personeelsorganisatie en zorgt dat alle operationele en administratieve HR-processen vlekkeloos verlopen. Het bedrijf groeit hard, dus je krijgt veel ruimte om de rol zelfstandig vorm te geven. Je rapporteert direct aan de CEO. - Je beheert de personeelsadministratie en houdt personeelsdossiers up-to-date. - Je coördineert de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers. - Je doet de werving en selectie, onder andere via LinkedIn, UWV en EURES. - Je verwerkt de urenregistratie, verlofaanvragen en vakantieplanning. - Je handelt ziek- en betermeldingen af en houdt het verzuim bij. - Je plant de jaarlijkse functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken in en ondersteunt daarbij. - Je begeleidt de HR-administratie rond internationale medewerkers en kennismigranten (het bedrijf is erkend referent bij de IND). - Je bereidt aanpassingen in arbeidsovereenk...
