Van een nieuwe collega die begint tot een medewerker met een vraag over arbeidsvoorwaarden: jij zorgt dat alles achter de schermen goed wordt geregeld. Je ondersteunt het HR-team bij de personeels- en salarisadministratie en bewaakt de voortgang van verschillende HR-processen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werk zijn gegevens actueel, worden wijzigingen op tijd verwerkt en krijgen medewerkers snel antwoord.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je regelt de administratie rond werving en selectie en de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers. • Je controleert en verwerkt wijzigingen in de personeels- en salarisadministratie. • Je verwerkt ziekte- en herstelmeldingen en houdt rekening met de bijbehorende termijnen. • Je verzorgt de administratie voor opleidingen, stages, dienstreizen en declaraties. • Je plant spreekuren met de bedrijfsarts en organiseert sociaal-medische overleggen. • Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over HR-regelingen, arbeidsvoorwaarden, de cao en het personeelsinformatiesysteem. • Je onderhoudt contact met onder andere P-Direkt, het Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen (UWV) en de arbodienst.

Je werkt 28 tot 36 uur per week. Het aantal uren is bespreekbaar. Je start zo snel mogelijk en werkt 9 maanden. Je wordt goed ingewerkt en begeleid door het HR-team. Het inwerken vindt plaats op kantoor. Zodra je volledig bent ingewerkt, kun je gedeeltelijk thuiswerken.

Functie-eisen: Je bent een ervaren HR-medewerker die graag zorgt dat alles klopt. Ook als meerdere vragen en wijzigingen tegelijk binnenkomen, houd jij het overzicht. Je stelt prioriteiten, bewaakt termijnen en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie. Met jouw servicegerichte houding help je medewerkers en leidinggevenden op een duidelijke en prettige manier verder.

Wat neem je mee?
