Dat doen wij volgens het unieke Martha Flora-concept, waarbij het persoonlijk welbevinden van de bewoner centraal staat. Niet de beperkingen van het zorgstelsel, maar de kwaliteit van leven bepaalt onze zorg. Inmiddels zijn er 17 Martha Flora huizen verspreid over het land. Je werkplek is op ons hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam-Zuid. Wat ga je doen? Als HR medewerker bij Martha Flora kom je terecht in een betrokken team dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Zo maken we op dit moment de overstap naar personeelssysteem AFAS. Jij bent de administratieve spil waarop we kunnen bouwen. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-processen soepel verlopen en dat de administratie tot in de puntjes klopt. Daarbij kijk je kritisch naar bestaande werkwijzen en draag je actief verbeteringen aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een juiste en volledige personeelsadministratie rondom de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers. Je verwerkt en controleert personeelsmutaties, bewaakt de voortgang van administratieve HR-processen in AFAS en zorgt ervoor dat contracten en andere personeelsdocumenten correct en tijdig worden verwerkt en afgehandeld. Medewerkers kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen over de cao, wet- en regelgeving en interne regelingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij goed geïnformeerd zijn. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de onboarding van nieuwe collega's en draag je bij aan een prettige start binnen onze organisatie. Je ziet toe op de juiste naleving ...
