Niet alleen bij onze planten, maar vooral bij onze mensen! Wat ga je doen? De functie is breed en afwisselend. Een greep uit je taken: - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management - Verwerken van HR-administratie (verzuim, urenregistratie, personeelsdossiers) - Coördineren van sollicitatieprocedures en voeren van gesprekken - Opstellen en beheren van arbeidscontracten - Schrijven van vacatureteksten en het werven van kandidaten - Ondersteuning van de financiële administratie - Op de hoogte blijven van cao's en relevante HR-wetgeving en dit vertalen naar beleid - Organiseren van borrels, lunches, jubilea en andere personeelsmomenten - Alles wat binnen HR voorbij komt, jouw rol is echt veelzijdig! Wie ben jij? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau - Relevante HR-opleiding en/of 2-3 jaar werkervaring in een HR-functie - Jij bent communicatief sterk en je kan goed met anderen samenwerken - Jij bent sociaal, enthousiast en flexibel - Je werkt gestructureerd en je kan goed zelfstandig werken - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands én Engels - Affiniteit met planten of sierteelt is een pré Wat bieden wij? - Een werkweek van 20 uur; eventueel in overleg aanpasbaar - Een salaris van €2900-€3900 per maand op basis van fulltime (38u), afhankelijk van jouw leeftijd en ervaring. - Goede marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een fijne werkplek...
