Jouw werk Samen met een team van drie collega's zorg jij ervoor dat de medewerkers van BosDaalen zich kunnen focussen op hun werk en geen omkijken hebben naar personeelszaken. Jij regelt namelijk dat de personeelsadministratie op orde is. Contractverlengingen, salaris verhogingen, verlofmutaties en uren wijzigingen: er is geen één mutatie die jij laat liggen. Maar deze job is veel dynamischer dan alleen administratieve back-office werkzaamheden. Collega's (met name chauffeurs) kunnen jou ook benaderen als zij vragen hebben. Dit kan digitaal zijn, of aan de balie. Maar ook urenadministratie, het bijhouden van aflopende rijbewijzen en de code 95 nascholing van chauffeurs is een belangrijke taak. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat chauffeurs veilig blijven rijden. Je kunt wel merken dat je in een transportbedrijf werkt! Dit zie je niet alleen terug in de werkzaamheden zelf, ook in de cultuur. Transport is een dynamische sector. Op hoofdlijnen weet je hoe je dag eruit zal zien, maar er zijn altijd ad-hoc werkzaamheden. Is er bijvoorbeeld een nieuwe chauffeur? Dan zorgen we ervoor dat hij diezelfde avond al op de vrachtwagen kan zitten. En dat doen we met elkaar. Want het transport staat niet stil. Dat maakt jouw werk juist zo leuk! Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting HR. - Om de vragen van buitenlandse chauffeurs te kunnen beantwoorden, kun je je meer dan behoorlijk redden in het Engels en Duits. - Organiseren, oppakken, afhandelen en afvinken: herkenbaar?
