Werken bij Als medewerker van de Westerkim ondersteun jij onze bewoners om een goed leven te leiden. Een leven waarin zij een zinvolle daginvulling ervaren. De Westerkim is een christelijk, kleinschalig woonzorgcentrum in Hoogeveen. In ons huis wonen 140 ouderen in een kleinschalige en huiselijke omgeving. Ook bieden wij zorg bij mensen thuis en dagbesteding. Bij de Westerkim werken 180 vrijwilligers en ruim 300 medewerkers in diverse functies: van verpleegkundigen en verzorgenden tot huishoudelijke medewerkers, beleidsadviseurs en planners. Financial Controller Als Controller bij De Westerkim krijg je een brede en zelfstandige rol binnen een kleinschalige zorgorganisatie. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare financiële informatie, een beheerste administratie en zorgvuldige financiële verantwoording. Tegelijkertijd krijg je veel ruimte om processen verder te structureren, verbeteringen door te voeren en de functie mede vorm te geven. Beloning Natuurlijk ontvang je bij ons een passend salaris conform de CAO voor VVT. Daarnaast is er ook een meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld meedoen met het fietsenplan.
