Als Medewerker HR ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden als het gaat om HR-administratie. Je zorgt dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt en helpt collega's met praktische vragen, brieven, uitzoekwerk en het correct afhandelen van processen. Je schakelt dagelijks met de operatie en weet wat er speelt op de werkvloer. Je wordt aangestuurd door de Manager HR Processen en Ondersteuning en werkt in een gezellig en betrokken team waarin samenwerken, humor en aandacht voor elkaar centraal staan.
