Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom de personeelsadministratie soepel verloopt, van het verwerken van verlof tot salarismutaties. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's, geeft duidelijke informatie en ondersteunt bij vragen en aanvragen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers door opleidingen te organiseren en te begeleiden. Kortom: jij houdt alles op rolletjes en zorgt dat onze mensen met plezier kunnen werken!
