HR Medewerker - Amsterdam MediArena - RDC - MBO/ HBO - 16-24 - Overige Wil jij zelfstandig de personeelsadministratie verzorgen, samen met een externe partij zorgen voor een correcte maandelijkse salarisadministratie én hands-on werken aan HR-projecten? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Sinds 1 juli 2026 is RDC verder gegaan als een zelfstandige organisatie, waar het voorheen onderdeel uit maakte van een concern. In deze nieuwe fase speelt HR een belangrijke rol. We richten HR namelijk opnieuw in: van processen en een nieuwe AFAS-omgeving tot het functiehuis en het arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket. Er is veel te bouwen, te professionaliseren en er zijn volop kansen. Tegelijkertijd lopen de reguliere HR-werkzaamheden onverminderd door. Het fundament moet op orde zijn én blijven. Daarom zoeken we een nieuwe collega die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de HR-administratie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en volledige uitvoering van de personeelsadministratie. Je waarborgt dat RDC voldoet aan relevante HR wet- en regelgeving, waaronder verplichtingen op het gebied van arbeidsrecht, verzuim, contractbeheer en gegevensbescherming. Daarnaast ben je aanspreekpunt voor HR gerelateerde vragen en werk je mee aan verbeterinitiatieven. Verder houd jij je bezig met: · Opstellen van contracten en HR-brieven; · Beheren van de personeelsdossiers en verwerken van HR-mutaties; · Verwerken van verzuiminformatie inclusief UWV-regelingen (o.a. WAZO, ZW, WGA); · Opleveren van HR-rapportages en ondersteunen bij audits en controles; · Zien van verbeter-/ automatiseringskansen en dit pak je proactief op; · Ondersteunen bij HR-projecten. Hierbij kun je denken aan het ondersteunen van onboardingtrajecten, voorbereiden en analyseren van medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoeken en ondersteunen bij training/ en ontwikkelprogramma's; · Contact onderhouden met de partne...
