Heb jij minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als HR-medewerker en ben je toe aan de volgende stap in je carrière? Als HR-medewerker bij Dudok Horeca Groep heb je een veelzijdige rol binnen ons HR-team. Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor verschillende administratieve HR-processen en zorgt ervoor dat onze personeelsadministratie correct, volledig en actueel is. Daarbij ben je niet alleen uitvoerend bezig, maar denk je ook actief mee over hoe we onze HR-processen verder kunnen verbeteren en professionaliseren. Naast de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden pak je zelfstandig verschillende HR-projecten op. Denk hierbij aan projecten rondom Employer Branding, onboarding en het optimaliseren van HR-processen. Je krijgt hierin de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen te signaleren en ideeën om te zetten in concrete acties. Ook ondersteun je ten tijde van afwezigheid van onze Corporate Recruiter de werving & selectie. Daarnaast beantwoord je HR-gerelateerde vragen vanuit de organisatie en weet je vanuit jouw kennis van arbeidsrecht en HR-beleid zorgvuldig te handelen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: • Zelfstandig uitvoeren en bewaken van administratieve HR-processen rondom de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers • Opstellen en verwerken van arbeidsovereenkomsten, contractwijzigingen en overige personeelsdocumenten • Beheren en actueel houden van personeelsdossiers en gegevens in onze HR-systemen • Beantwoorden van HR-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden en toepassen van relevante arbeidsrechtelijke wet- en regelgeving • Signaleren van verbeterpunten binne...
