Daarom zoeken we voor in eerste instantie 16 uur per week een betrokken HR-medewerker die ervoor zorgt dat alles rondom onze mensen goed geregeld en opgevolgd wordt. - Een veelzijdige HR-functie voor in eerste instantie 16 uur per week; - Werkdagen en werktijden die we samen afstemmen; - Een goed salaris, vrije dagen en pensioen; - 10% van de winst wordt over het personeel verdeeld! - Volop ruimte voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling; - Veel vrijheid om mee te denken en onze HR-organisatie verder vorm te geven; - Een hecht team waarin samenwerken en meedenken vooropstaan; - Goed verzorgde bedrijfsuitjes. Dit maakt deze functie uitdagend: Als HR-medewerker bij DROMEC combineer je persoonlijke aandacht met een zorgvuldige personeelsadministratie. Je ondersteunt de operationeel directeur en onze leidinggevenden, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat afspraken niet alleen worden gemaakt, maar ook worden vastgelegd en opgevolgd. Je durft vragen te stellen en houdt ons scherp op het functioneren, de ontwikkeling en het welzijn van onze medewerkers.
