Bij Cedar combineer je voor 16 tot 24 uur per week operationele HR-werkzaamheden met ondersteuning en advisering van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Als HR Medewerker krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende HR-thema's binnen een informele en collegiale organisatie. Wat hebben we jou te bieden? Als HR Medewerker ga je werken bij een betrokken organisatie met een informele en sociale werksfeer. Met ongeveer 55 fte is Cedar relatief klein, waardoor collega's elkaar kennen en de communicatielijnen kort zijn. Je krijgt een brede HR-rol waarin je operationeel bezig bent, maar ook adviserend kunt optreden. Je werkt 16 tot 24 uur per week. Zeker in het begin werk je bij voorkeur op kantoor. Wanneer werkzaamheden of projecten daarom vragen, is thuiswerken mogelijk. - Je ontvangt een salaris van € 4.200 tot € 4.800 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. - Cedar biedt 29 vakantiedagen, een goede pensioenregeling en de mogelijkheid om extra vrije dagen bij te kopen. - Vanaf 10 kilometer ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding en daarnaast krijg je een tegemoetkoming voor de aanvullende zorgverzekering. - Jouw werktijden zijn flexibel en je deelt de 16 tot 24 uur per week in overleg in. - Het moderne kantoor in Hoofddorp is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en beschikt over ruime parkeergelegenheid. Over de functie Als HR Medewerker ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de operationele basis van HR binnen Cedar. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers en draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen, invoeren en toepassen van actueel HR-beleid.
