Voor een gemeentelijke organisatie in Zuid-Holland zoeken wij een HR Medewerker voor 36 uur per week. Je versterkt de HR-backoffice, helpt de bestaande werkvoorraad terug te brengen en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren en digitaliseren van HR-processen. Wat ga je doen? Je hebt een brede rol binnen de personeels- en HR-administratie. Daarbij combineer je dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden met procesverbetering en kennisborging. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Verwerken, controleren en beoordelen van personele mutaties - Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden rondom in-, door- en uitstroom - Behandelen van uiteenlopende HR-vragen - Ondersteunen bij arbeidsvoorwaarden, contracten, verlof, verzuim en formatie - Begeleiden van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij praktische HR-vraagstukken - Bewaken van de voortgang van HR-processen - Wegwerken en stabiliseren van de bestaande werkvoorraad - Signaleren van knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden - Beschrijven en verbeteren van HR-processen - Verbeteren en testen van HR-processen binnen AFAS - Bijdragen aan een beter gebruik van ESS en MSS - Opstellen van procesafspraken en werkinstructies - Begeleiden van collega's bij gewijzigde werkwijzen - Overdragen en borgen van kennis binnen de HR-backoffice Wat breng je mee?
