Als HR-medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op HR-gebied goed geregeld is. Van personeelsadministratie en contracten tot het begeleiden van nieuwe collega's en het beantwoorden van HR-vragen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en betrokkenheid lopen de HR-processen soepel en voelen collega's zich gehoord. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en betrokken HR-team, waar samenwerken centraal staat. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer stel je een arbeidsovereenkomst op, de andere keer plan je sollicitatiegesprekken, begeleid je een onboarding of ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij verschillende HR-vraagstukken. Ook denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van HR-processen en draag je bij aan een prettige werkomgeving. Wat krijg je? - Een afwisselende fulltime functie binnen een groeiende organisatie; - Een goed salaris vanaf €2500 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Uitzicht op een vast contract; - Fietsleaseplan, sportvergoeding en reiskostenvergoeding; - Een fijne werksfeer met betrokken collega's en volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je bent betrokken, nauwkeurig en proactief; - Je bent Communicatief sterk en zorgvuldig met vertrouwelijke informatie; - Bij voorkeur In het bezit van een hbo-diploma (HRM of vergelijkbaar); - Ervaren in HR óf een gemotiveerde starter die graag wil leren; - Je hebt ervaring met Micrososft Office; ervaring met HR- en salarissystemen is een plus.
