Zorg ervoor dat medewerkers zich gehoord en goed ondersteund voelen in deze veelzijdige functie waarin je administratie, recruitment, planning en HR-support combineert.

In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders en zorg je voor een vlotte personeelsplanning en een professionele HR-werking. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager en verschillende afdelingen om het selectieproces, onboarding en dagelijkse HR-administratie soepel te laten verlopen.

Jouw takenpakket:

- Vacatures uitschrijven en plaatsen op de juiste kanalen - Contact onderhouden met interimkantoren en externe partners - CV’s screenen, telefonische screenings doen en gesprekken inplannen - Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens het volledige selectieproces - Referentiechecks uitvoeren en duidelijke feedback geven - Meedenken over het verbeteren van rekruteringsprocessen - Dagelijkse planning van de productieafdeling opstellen - Dossiers van uitzendkrachten beheren en prestaties verwerken - Onboarding organiseren en nieuwe medewerkers administratief verwerken - Correcte opvolging bij uitdiensttredingen verzorgen - Tijdregistraties controleren en afwezigheden registreren - Digitale personeelsdossiers up-to-date houden en payroll ondersteunen - Opleidingen registreren en mailbox beheren - Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor arbeiders bij vragen over verlof, documenten en procedures - Praktische ondersteuning bieden aan medewerkers en leidinggevenden - Rapportages maken over absenteïsme en disciplinair dossiers opvolgen - Evaluatiegesprekken voor interimmedewerkers organiseren - Werkkledij beheren en intern verdelen
