Deze functie wordt volledig op locatie uitgevoerd; thuiswerken is niet mogelijk. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij ervoor dat HR-vraagstukken goed worden opgepakt en medewerkers en management weten waar ze terechtkunnen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Begeleiden van medewerkers en managers bij HR-vraagstukken; - Ondersteunen bij functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken; - Begeleiden van verzuim en ziekteverzuim; - Verzorgen van personeelsadministratie, contracten en dossiers; - Ondersteunen bij salarisadministratie en arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Begeleiden van instroom, onboarding en uitstroom; - Meedenken over functieprofielen en verantwoordelijkheden; - Signaleren va...
