Door jouw ervaring bij andere bedrijven ben je al goed bekend met alle HR-processen van A tot Z. Daarom zoek je nu naar een nieuwe uitdaging bij een tof bedrijf, waar het personeelsbestand heel hard aan het groeien is. Binnen dit team.. - Is Mandy jouw supergezellige directe collega; - Voer jij álle werkzaamheden binnen het HR proces uit; - Gaan wij ons sterk focussen op het binden en boeien van collega's; - Werk je niet alleen voor de Kartfabrique, maar alle leisure- en evenementenlocaties van de familie van Eck; - Houd jij je bezig met het gehele HR-proces van begin tot eind. De Kartfabrique biedt jou.. - Veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en ideeën/verbeteringen; - Een groeiend bedrijf waar nog veel aanpassingen op gebied van HR gemaakt gaan worden; - Meerdere inspirerende industriële locaties vol bijzondere historie; - Een personeelsbestand van ca. 180 gastgerichte medewerkers; - 2 prachtige personeelsfeesten per jaar. Wie ben jij? Jij hebt al ervaring opgedaan bij andere werkgevers. Nu is het tijd om meer vrijheid en zelfstandigheid in jouw rol als HR medewerker te krijgen. Jij vindt het belangrijk om alle administratieve processen secuur uit te voeren, maar ook om deze te optimaliseren. Jij hebt wel wat ideeën voor verbeteringen. De Kartfabrique is onderdeel van een familiebedrijf en begint steeds meer met nieuwe toolings en systemen te werken, we vinden het belangrijk dat je deze met weinig moeite oppakt.
