Taakomschrijving

  • Opstellen en publiceren van vacatures en ondersteunen bij rekrutering
  • Onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers begeleiden
  • Opleidingsnoden detecteren en trainingen opvolgen
  • Ondersteunen van evaluatie- en functioneringsgesprekken
  • Medewerkers en leidinggevenden adviseren rond HR-vragen en loopbaanontwikkeling
  • Meewerken aan welzijns- en engagementinitiatieven
  • Optimaliseren van HR-processen en procedures
  • Deelname aan HR-projecten (o.a. digitalisering, retentie)
  • Bachelor of master in HR, psychologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een brede HR-rol
  • Discreet, empathisch en communicatief sterk
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels
  • Sterke interesse in mensen, ontwikkeling en organisatiegroei
