De werkdagen zijn op maandag, dinsdag en donderdag. Verantwoordelijkheden - Studie aanvraagformulieren checken; - Trainingen aanvragen, bevestigen, inplannen, verzetten, annuleren; - Certificaten maken, certificaten/diploma's registreren in overzichten en systemen en personeelsdossiers; - Facturen controleren; - Aanspreekpunt voor RWG en opleidingsinstituten m.b.t. afhandeling opleidingen; - Archiveren en lijsten maken; - Contracten en bevestigingsbrieven maken; - Mutaties invoeren. Via verschillende HR systemen zullen de werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd. Verder zul je met leidinggevenden en medewerkers contract hebben per e-mail of telefonisch. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een aantal jaar ervaring op een HR-afdeling in administratieve werkzaamheden; - Je bent bekend met de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - Je kan goed zelfstandig en secuur werken en staat graag mensen te woord; - Nederlands op B2-niveau is vereist om communicatie en veiligheidsinstructies op de terminal goed te kunnen volgen; - Je bent per direct beschikbaar.
