Achter die sterke operationele werking staat een professionele HR-afdeling die ervoor zorgt dat alle medewerkers optimaal worden ondersteund.

Daarom is Konvert Boom zoek naar een hands-on HR Medewerker A tot Z die energie haalt uit een gevarieerde functie, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig kan werken. Ben jij tweetalig Nederlands/Frans, administratief sterk, communicatief vaardig en niet bang om initiatief te nemen? Dan ben jij misschien wel de collega die wij zoeken om onze HR-processen verder uit te bouwen en te optimaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheer van het volledige personeelsdossier van A tot Z
  • Rekrutering en selectie van arbeiders, bedienden en leidinggevenden
  • Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten
  • Onboarding en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Opvolging van prestaties, evaluaties en opleidingen
  • Beheer van afwezigheden, ziekteverzuim, vakanties en tijdsregistratie
  • Voorbereiding en controle van de loonverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Advies geven aan leidinggevenden en medewerkers over sociale wetgeving
  • Contact onderhouden met externe partners zoals uitzendkantoren, sociaal secretariaat en opleidingsinstanties
  • Opstellen van HR-rapporteringen en KPI's
  • Actief bijdragen aan HR-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven
  • Toezien op de naleving van arbeidsreglementen en HR-procedures
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in Human Resources
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een generalistische HR-functie
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands én Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten kunnen stellen
  • Proactief, hands-on en oplossingsgericht
  • Durft initiatief te nemen en verbeteringen voor te stellen
  • Discreet en betrouwbaar in de omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op alle niveaus van de organisatie
