Een werkomgeving waarin maatschappelijke impact centraal staat en waarin jouw bijdrage als HR Medewerker direct ondersteunend is aan de professionals die deze missie mogelijk maken. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Medewerker ondersteun je de organisatie bij uiteenlopende operationele en administratieve HR-processen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de afdeling en zorgt ervoor dat processen rondom medewerkers zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd en bewaakt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren, bewaken en administratief verwerken van de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Beheren en actueel houden van personeelsdossiers; - Bewaken van HR-processen, acties en deadlines; - Bijdragen aan het actueel houden van het handboek rondom personeelsbeleid; - Uitvoering geven aan de cao SGO en overige personeelsregelingen; - Beheren en administratief ondersteunen van het werving- en selectieproces; - Ondersteunen bij werkzaamheden rondom het verzuimproces; - Verzorgen van het agendabeheer van de afdeling; - Coördineren, bewaken en administreren van het proces rondom de najaarscampagne. Wie ben jij? Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en vindt het prettig om meerdere HR-processen tegelijkertijd te ondersteunen.
