Heb jij een eerste ervaring in HR achter de rug en breng je een goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving met je mee? Dan is deze functie als HR Assistent misschien wel iets voor jou!

Voor een internationaal en groeiend productiebedrijf in de regio Tongeren-Borgloon zijn we op zoek naar een HR Assistent om het HR-team te versterken. In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen HR en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren van personeelsdossiers gedurende de volledige employee lifecycle
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van payrollgegevens in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Beantwoorden van vragen rond sociale wetgeving, arbeidsreglementering en HR-procedures
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bij rekrutering, onboarding, opleidingen en uitdiensttreding
  • Opvolgen van opleidingsdossiers, subsidies en Vlaams Opleidingsverlof
  • Ondersteuning geven bij het opmaken van HR-rapporteringen, personeelsstatistieken en dashboards

Omdat het een nieuwe rol in het team betreft, kan dit takenpakket nog veranderen/uitgebreid worden.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor HR, Personeelswerk, Bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen HR-administratie, payroll of personeelsbeheer
  • Goede kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en arbeidsrecht
  • Ervaring met payroll en samenwerking met een sociaal secretariaat
  • Vlot met MS Office en HR-systemen
  • Nauwkeurig, discreet, georganiseerd en communicatief sterk
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en servicegericht
