The posting

Voor een toonaangevend, Europees familiebedrijf en pionier in de metaalcoatingindustrie is onze klant op zoek naar een tweetalige HR-Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige personeelsbeheer van de arbeiders voor de vestigingen in Kruisem en Moeskroen. Je verplaatst je tussen beide sites om een optimale ondersteuning te garanderen. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de verdere integratie, digitalisering en harmonisatie van de HR-processen binnen de groep.

  • Verzorgen van het volledige administratieve beheer van de arbeidsovereenkomsten, bijwerken van de HR-database, opvolgen van prestaties, de tijdelijke en maandelijkse loonverwerking en sociale documenten.
  • Beheren, opvolgen en fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor het uitzendpersoneel en de uitzendkantoren.
  • Coördineren van medische onderzoeken en opleidingen van A tot Z (van planning en organisatie tot registratie en subsidieaanvragen).
  • Fungeren als het vertrouwde en eerste aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders met vragen over hun administratief dossier, vergoedingen of prestaties.
  • Ondersteunen van de verdere integratie van de sites in Kruisem en Moeskroen binnen de overkoepelende groep, inclusief de implementatie van nieuwe HR-systemen en software.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het harmoniseren, stroomlijnen en professionaliseren van HR-processen tussen beide locaties.
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding in een HR- of administratieve richting OF hebt al relevante werkervaring opgebouwd binnen HR-administratie of payroll.
  • Grondige kennis van de sociale wetgeving en regelgeving binnen PC 111 (metaalsector) is een sterke plus.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het MS Office-pakket (Excel, Word, Outlook); kennis van ProTime en/of eBlox Payroll (SD Worx) is een troef.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk), waardoor je vlot tussen beide talen schakelt.
  • Je bent sociaal, communicatief en toegankelijk voor arbeiders op de werkvloer.
  • Stressbestendig, assertief, flexibel ingesteld en in staat om zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te werken.
  • Bereidheid om je op regelmatige basis te verplaatsen tussen de vestigingen in Kruisem en Moeskroen.
