Je werkt nauw samen met je twee collega's en verzorgt diverse tactische en operationele taken en projecten. Jij bent o.a. verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsadministratie en diverse personeelszaken voor verschillende bv's. Je verwerkt de personeelsadministratie in diverse systemen, verwerkt uren, verlofaanvragen, verzuim en adviseert en ondersteund bij diverse thema's en projecten. Meedenken over het verbeteren van procedures, procesplannen en werkwijzen? Graag! Met jouw ondersteuning zorg je dat de afdeling als een geoliede machine blijft lopen en zo mee blijft bewegen en groeien met de organisatie. Wij zijn altijd in beweging! Wij vragen Wat neem je mee? - Je beschikt over minimaal twee jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. - Een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding in de richting van HR is een must en een afgeronde HBO opleiding op HR gebied is een pré. - Je bent secuur, accuraat en kunt het overzicht bewaren. - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen dagelijkse taken en projectmatige werkzaamheden en kunt prioriteiten stellen. - Je bent minimaal 24 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
