Je zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-administratie klopt, medewerkers goed worden geholpen en processen soepel verlopen. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt vooruit en ziet waar zaken slimmer of beter kunnen. En daar blijft het niet bij. We zijn volop bezig met het verder professionaliseren van HR. Jij krijgt daarom ook de ruimte om kleine HR-projecten op te pakken en werkwijzen en processen binnen Jan Krediet verder vorm te geven. Bij Jan Krediet krijg je de kans om jouw HR-ervaring in te zetten binnen een organisatie met een stevige basis en een ambitieuze toekomst. Als HR Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse HR-processen goed en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Je schakelt met medewerkers, leidinggevenden, het salariskantoor, de arbodienst en verschillende systemen.
