Je biedt essentiële ondersteuning aan de HR-adviseur en HR-manager bij het genereren van rapportages en tijdens het wervingsproces. Daarnaast draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor een nauwkeurige verwerking van verzuimmeldingen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Beheer van de salarisadministratie voor diverse Europese locaties. Ondersteuning bieden bij het opstellen van rapportages en het recruitmentproces. Nauwkeurige verwerking van verzuimmeldingen. Samenwerken in een multiculturele omgeving om bij te dragen aan groei en ontwikkeling. Heb jij: - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Up-to-date kennis van wet- en regelgeving. - Uitstekende beheersing van MS-Office, met name Excel. - Sterk cijfermatig inzicht. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels. - Als dit jouw profiel omschrijft, willen we graag van je horen!
