Je wordt mede de drijvende kracht achter onze HR-activiteiten, van contractopstelling tot het het organiseren van leuke activiteiten voor het personeel. Jouw werkzaamheden: - je rapporteert aan de HR Manager; - opstellen van contracten, brieven en mededelingen o.b.v. aangeleverde informatie en templates; - voorbereiden van documenten en voorleggen ter accordering; - geven van uitleg aan medewerkers en uitzendbureaus over urenregistratiesysteem, beantwoorden van vragen; - verwerken en controleren van tijdsregistraties; - inplannen van afspraken met sollicitanten; - assisteren bij opleidingen: aanmelden van deelnemers onderhouden van contacten met opleidingsinstantie en verstrekken van informatie aan deelnemers (e.e.a. in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - beheren en uitgeven van lockersleutels, kleding, badges etcetera; - verzorgen van personele attenties bij diverse aangelegenheden, zoals jubilea en verjaardagen en het organiseren van personeelsuitjes. We verwachten van jou: - opleiding MBO+ niveau - bijvoorbeeld HR management; - enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - je draagt integriteit hoog in het vaandel; - je bent empatisch en een teamspeler; - je behoudt het overzicht in hectische situaties; - je staat stevig in je schoenen; - kwaliteitsbewustzijn; - affiniteit met ICT; - goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - goed kunnen plannen en organiseren; - je hebt oog voor ...
