Ben jij een nauwkeurige en betrokken HR-professional? Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR Medewerker (parttime). In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je bij alle voorkomende personeelszaken en draag je bij aan een professionele en prettige werkomgeving voor onze medewerkers. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen bij de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers. - Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, contractverlengingen en andere HR-documenten. - Beheren en actualiseren van personeelsdossiers. - Verwerken van mutaties ten behoeve van de salarisadministratie. - Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen. - Ondersteunen bij verzuimbegeleiding en re-integratietrajecten. - Coördineren van opleidingen, trainingen en ontwikkelactiviteiten. - Ondersteunen bij werving- en selectieprocedures. - Meedenken over verbeteringen van HR-processen en beleid. Wat breng je mee? - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM of Personeel & Arbeid. - Ervaring in een HR-ondersteunende functie is een pré. - Goede kennis van Microsoft Office. - Zorgvuldige en gestructureerde werkwijze. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie. - Een proactieve en servicegerichte instelling.
