Begin dit jaar kreeg Werkina Werkendam gezelschap van Werkina River Cruise, een jong bedrijf dat in korte tijd flink is gegroeid. Het zijn twee bedrijven in één pand, met één manier van werken: nuchter, gemoedelijk en met korte lijnen. Binnen ons bedrijf vind je veel specialisme: van engineering en bedrijfsadministratie tot elektromonteurs, voormannen en projectmanagers. Een groeiend bedrijf vraagt om iemand die de mensen achter dat bedrijf een vaste plek geeft. Daarom zoeken we een HR-professional die met ervaring en gevoel voor mensen HR vormgeeft voor beide bedrijven. Iemand die met ons meegroeit en ervoor zorgt dat iedereen zich gezien en gesteund voelt, op kantoor, in de werkplaats en op de schepen. Waar je mee bezig bent Het werk is gevarieerd en draait om mensen. Het loopt van het vinden en welkom heten van nieuwe collega's tot het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten voor vaste medewerkers en zzp'ers. Ook verzuimbegeleiding en re-integratie horen erbij, net als de begeleiding van onze BBL-leerlingen en stagiairs en het contact met scholen in de regio. Beide bedrijven hebben hun eigen gewoontes. Er is dus alle ruimte om samen met de directie te bekijken hoe het nog beter kan.
