Wij zijn op zoek naar een HR medewerker die zich vastbijt in alles wat met personeelsadministratie, HR-processen en ondersteuning van medewerkers en leidinggevenden te maken heeft. Waar ga je werken? Als HR medewerker kom je te werken bij één van de mooie gemeenten in de regio Alphen aan den Rijn. Werk je het liefst bij een kleinere gemeente waar je dicht op de organisatie zit, of voel jij je juist thuis binnen een grotere, meer dynamische werkomgeving? Samen kijken we wat het beste bij jou past. Wat ga je doen? Als HR medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken, controleren en beheren van de personeelsadministratie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle HR-gegevens juist, volledig en tijdig worden verwerkt. Je houdt je bezig met het verwerken van in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers, het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en het verwerken van mutaties in HR-systemen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het opstellen van contracten, brieven en andere HR-documenten. Je signaleert afwijkingen in personeelsgegevens, denkt mee over verbeteringen in HR-processen en zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen. Ook heb je contact met medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen over HR-zaken. Bij vragen of onduidelijkheden ben jij het aanspreekpunt: je zoekt zaken uit, lost problemen op en zorgt dat HR-processen correct worden uitgevoerd en nageleefd. Kortom: een rol waarin je nauwkeurig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de HR-administratie en direct bijdraagt aan een goed georganiseerde en professionele HR-afdeling.
