HR medewerker Functie Zoek je een baan waarin je jouw kennis van salarisadministratie kunt combineren met verschillende andere HR-werkzaamheden? Dan is deze functie als HR medewerker misschien wel iets voor jou! Als HR medewerker heb je een veelzijdige functie met een duidelijke focus op personeels- en salarisadministratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de salarisverwerking iedere maand goed en op tijd verloopt en houdt personeelsgegevens en dossiers nauwkeurig bij. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om je bezig te houden met andere HR-thema's. Wat ga jij verder doen als HR medewerker? - Verwerken en controleren van de personeels- en salarisadministratie; - Verzorgen van een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking; - Beheren van personeelsgegevens en HR-dossiers én het verzuim registreren en opvolgen; - Ondersteunen bij recruitment, opleidingen en het beantwoorden van HR gerelateerde vragen vanuit collega's; - Verbeteringen binnen HR-processen signaleren en HR-rapportages opstellen. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Jij hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met salarisadministratie en personeels- of HR-administratie; - Met jouw kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, sociale zekerheid en salarisverwerking weet je zaken goed en nauwkeurig af te handelen; - Je vindt salarisadministratie interessant, maar krijgt ook energie van andere HR-thema's, zoals recruitment en HR-processen; - Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels schakel je makkelijk met collega's en kandidaten; - Jij werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, je bent proactief en je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Numbers en/of Protime.
