Functieomschrijving HR Medewerker Wat ga je precies doen? Je maakt deel uit van het EMEA HR-team en rapporteert aan de HR Business Partner EMEA. In deze operationele rol coördineer je de HR-administratie voor huidige medewerkers, nieuwe instroom en uitstroom, ondersteun je het salarisproces, onderhoud je HR-data en bied je betrouwbare eerstelijnsondersteuning aan medewerkers en managers. Jouw nauwkeurigheid, opvolging en servicegerichtheid dragen eraan bij dat HR-processen consistent en efficiënt verlopen binnen de regio. De functie combineert gestructureerde administratie met praktische HR-ondersteuning. Je volgt vastgestelde procedures, signaleert hiaten, doet verbetervoorstellen en meldt proactief aandachtspunten op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden, verlofsaldi, salarisinput, personeelsdocumentatie of compliance. Daarnaast ondersteun je HR-projecten en fungeer je als back-up voor de coördinatie van werving en selectie.
