Tijdelijke HR-medewerker | P&O-medewerker | 28 uur Gelderland Noord Brabant Limburg Share Functie omschrijving Tijdelijke HR-medewerker | P&O-medewerker | 28 uur 28 uur per week | tijdelijke opdracht voor circa één schooljaar | start oktober Voor een onderwijsorganisatie in de regio zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren HR-medewerker / P&O-medewerker die het HR-team tijdelijk komt versterken. In deze functie ligt het accent op verzuimbegeleiding en de Wet verbetering poortwachter , gecombineerd met diverse administratieve en secretariële HR-werkzaamheden. Je bent iemand die graag praktisch bezig is, overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat afspraken, dossiers en acties netjes worden opgevolgd. Je hebt regelmatig contact met medewerkers en andere betrokkenen en ondersteunt het HR-team bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ondersteunen bij verzuimbegeleiding en werkzaamheden rondom de Wet verbetering poortwachter ; - Bewaken van acties, termijnen en voortgang binnen verzuimdossiers; - Verzorgen en plannen van contactmomenten met de bedrijfsarts; - Uitvoeren van administratieve en secretariële HR-werkzaamheden; - Ondersteunen bij de operationele voorbereiding en voortgang van werving- en selectieprocedures ; - Bijhouden van HR-dossiers en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking; - Ondersteunen van het HR-team bij overige voorkomende werkzaamheden. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken iemand die al enige ervaring heeft binnen HR of P&O en daardoor snel zelfstandig aan de slag kan. Ervaring met verzuim en de Wet verbetering poortwachter is voor deze opdracht belangrijk. Daarnaast: - Heb je ervaring in een ondersteunende HR- of P&O-functie; - Heb je kennis van of ervaring met de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; - Kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden; - Vind je het prettig om zowel administratief als mensgericht bezig te zijn; ...
