Het merendeel van jouw tijd werk je binnen HR Services aan de personeels- en salarisadministratie. Daarnaast krijg je tijd en ruimte voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van AFAS op het gebied van HRM en Payroll. Daarmee heb je direct invloed op de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en op de manier waarop we onze HR-processen slimmer en efficiënter organiseren. Binnen HR Services zorg je ervoor dat personeels- en salarisgegevens tijdig, volledig en correct worden verwerkt. Je verwerkt indiensttredingen, uitdiensttredingen en andere personeels- en salarismutaties. Ook stel je werkgeversverklaringen en pro-formaberekeningen op en verzorg je de administratieve afhandeling van declaraties, loonbeslagen en loonregres. Medewerkers en leidinggevenden kunnen bij jou terecht met eerstelijnsvragen over onder andere salarisbetalingen, verlofuren, gewerkte uren, declaraties en andere arbeidsvoorwaardelijke vragen. Daarnaast houd je toezicht op een correcte urenregistratie in UKG Ready. Je signaleert afwijkingen, zoekt uit waardoor deze ontstaan en zorgt ervoor dat ze tijdig worden opgelost. Een deel van jouw tijd besteed je aan het functioneel applicatiebeheer van AFAS Profit voor HRM en Payroll. Daarbij houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het beheren en optimaliseren van de inrichting en HR-processen in AFAS; - Het beantwoorden van gebruikersvragen van HR-collega's en managers; - Het oplossen of coördineren van functionele problemen; - Het meewerken aan HR-projecten en implementaties.
