De ene dag ben je bezig met het opstellen van een arbeidsovereenkomst, de volgende dag verwelkom je een nieuwe collega of signaleer je een aankomend jubileum (feestje!)). Jij bent dé spin in het web binnen HR en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Wat deze functie extra leuk maakt? Je komt te werken bij een stabiel én sociaal bedrijf in Amsterdam. Ze zijn specialist in bereikbaarheidsdiensten voor organisaties, van liften tot alarmcentrales - en achter die 24/7 service zit een team van toppers. Jij zorgt dat dat team zich gehoord, geholpen én gewaardeerd voelt. Als HR medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met vragen over personeelszaken. Je coördineert het werving- en selectieproces, stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten en brieven op, en houdt scherp in de gaten wanneer contracten aflopen of iemand een jubileum viert. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers zich welkom voelen en alles rondom hun start soepel verloopt. Daarnaast verwerk je mutaties in het personeelsbestand, houd je personeelsdossiers netjes op orde en verzorg je de registratie van ziek- en betermeldingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verlofadministratie en het opstellen van managementrapportages. Ook pak je kleine onderdelen van de facturatie richting klanten op. Tot slot denk je actief mee over hoe processen binnen HR slimmer en beter kunnen, en werk je mee aan projecten om de afdeli...
