The posting

Marma is een dynamisch familiebedrijf en een vaste waarde in de Belgische bio- en ecosector. Om onze groei te ondersteunen en ervoor te zorgen dat onze collega's zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen, versterken we ons team met een gedreven en enthousiaste HR medewerker.

Het gaat om een nieuwe functie: de personeels-en loonadministratie is nu verdeeld over verschillende medewerkers. Wij wensen dit te structureren en centraliseren. We verwachten van onze nieuwe collega de verdere uitwerking en invoering van een coherent personeelsbeleid, van aanwerving tot exit.

Jouw taken

Als HR Medewerker ben je een cruciale schakel in het personeelsbeheer en de administratie. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder meer:

  • Administratie en Dossierbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle HR-documenten (contracten, sociale documenten, verlofaanvragen, etc.).
  • Loonverwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met het sociaal secretariaat voor een correcte maandelijkse loonverwerking en zorgt voor de opvolging van prestaties en afwezigheden.
  • Werving & Selectie: Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van vacatures, het screenen van kandidaten en het plannen van sollicitatiegesprekken voor verschillende afdelingen.
  • Vragen en Advies: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor al onze medewerkers met vragen over hun loon, sociale wetgeving of interne HR-procedures.
  • Ondersteuning: Je werkt mee aan diverse HR-projecten, zoals opleidingen, onboarding en digitalisering.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in een HR-gerelateerde richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring in een HR-afdeling, bij voorkeur in een KMO-omgeving.
  • Kennis van de sociale wetgeving en loonadministratie is een must.
  • Een goede kennis van (de bijzonderheden van) paritaire comités 119, 140, 200, 201 en 226 zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je bent uiterst discreet en hebt een sterke zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent altijd positief ingesteld en kan mensen met de nodige flair in de juiste richting sturen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans.
  • Je bent een proactieve, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte teamspeler.
