Bij Hotel TwentySeven zorgen we voor een werkomgeving waar iedereen zich gewaardeerd voelt en de ruimte krijgt om te groeien.Jouw rol als HR MedewerkerAls HR Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen Hotel TwentySeven. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager en zorgt ervoor dat alle operationele HR-processen soepel en zorgvuldig verlopen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en het management en weet moeiteloos te schakelen tussen verschillende HR-werkzaamheden.Daarnaast denk je actief mee over het verbeteren en verder ontwikkelen van ons HR-beleid. Jouw initiatief, ideeën en persoonlijke aandacht dragen bij aan een werkomgeving waarin onze medewerkers zich gewaardeerd, betrokken en thuis voelen. Wat ga je doen? • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management bij HR-gerelateerde vragen. • Begeleiden van het volledige in-, door- en uitstroomproces. • Ondersteunen en uitvoeren van recruitment en onboarding. • Beheren van de HR-mailbox en HR-administratie. • Meedenken over en uitvoeren van ons HR-beleid en HR-strategie. • Initiëren en uitvoeren van diverse HR-projecte
