HR Medewerker Servicecenter pdz · Standplaats: Amsterdam · 2 september 2026 Je gaat werken bij hét openbaar vervoersbedrijf van Amsterdam. Hier krijg je als HR medewerker veel ruimte om mee te denken, te groeien en écht bij te dragen aan de werkprocessen. In deze functie zorg jij als HR medewerker dagelijks dat HR-processen goed en op tijd worden uitgevoerd, werk je in een betrokken team en denk je actief mee aan verbeteringen. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling in je rol, met een salaris tot €4.500 per maand Over de functie Je werkt in het HR Servicecenter en zorgt dat HR-processen goed en op tijd worden uitgevoerd. Dat merk je elke dag in kleine én grotere momenten. Dit houdt onder andere in: - Je verwerkt gegevens rondom in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers. - Je controleert of informatie volledig en juist is en grijpt direct in als iets ontbreekt of niet klopt. - Je zorgt dat medewerkers op tijd de juiste informatie en hun salaris ontvangen. Blijft werk liggen, dan ontstaan vertragingen en onduidelijkheid. - Medewerkers en leidinggevenden bellen of mailen je met vragen over verlof, pensioen, cao-afspraken of procedures. Jij geeft duidelijk antwoord en denkt een stap vooruit. Jouw team Je komt terecht in een team van zeven collega's binnen het HR Servicecenter. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen taken en is verantwoordelijk voor een specifiek HR-onderdeel maar samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het geheel. Jullie werken nauw samen als team, ondersteunen elkaar waar nodig en zorgen er samen voor dat alle HR-processen soepel verlopen.
