Binnen de organisatie werken verschillende HR-specialismen nauw met elkaar samen. Je komt terecht binnen het HR Services-team. Dit team vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en de verschillende HR-specialisten. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en vindt het belangrijk dat HR-processen steeds verder worden geprofessionaliseerd. Daardoor krijg je niet alleen de mogelijkheid om je dagelijkse werkzaamheden goed uit te voeren, maar ook om mee te denken over verbeteringen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. About The Job Als HR Medewerker Services ben je onderdeel van het HR Services-team. Vanuit deze afdeling worden medewerkers en leidinggevenden ondersteund bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je houdt je bezig met zowel administratieve als inhoudelijke HR-werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct worden verwerkt, vragen snel worden opgepakt en processen soepel verlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het verwerken en controleren van personeelsmutaties; - Het verzorgen van administratieve werkzaamheden rondom in-, door- en uitstroom; - Het verwerken van wijzigingen in contracten, persoonsgegevens en arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over HR-processen en regelingen; - Het bewaken van de voortgang van HR-aanvragen en zorgen voor een tijdige afhandeling; - Het verwerken en controleren van gegevens in het HR-systeem; - Het opstellen van HR-documenten en correspondentie; - Het ondersteunen bij processen rondom verlof, verzuim en personeelsadministratie; - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en onvolledigheden in personeelsgegevens; - Het onderhouden van contact met verschillen...
