The posting

Binnen deze functie combineer je HR-administratie met ondersteuning van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je werkt nauw samen met HR, Payroll en verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.

- Verzorgen van de administratie rondom instroom, contractwijzigingen, overplaatsingen en uitstroom - Personeelsgegevens en documenten actueel houden in Workday en andere HR-systemen - Beantwoorden van HR-vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden - Problemen en vragen binnen Workday onderzoeken en waar mogelijk zelfstandig oplossen - Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, brieven en andere HR-documenten - Ondersteunen bij HR-rapportages, controles en audits - Meedenken over verbeteringen van HR-processen, systemen en werkwijzen

Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week. De reguliere werktijden zijn van 08.00 tot 17.00 uur.

Nauwkeurig werken en goede service verlenen gaan voor jou goed samen. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden, communiceert helder en weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer er meerdere zaken tegelijk spelen.

- Minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring binnen HR Operations, HR-administratie of een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring met een HR-informatiesysteem; kennis van Workday is een sterke pré - Goede kennis van HR-processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom - Zorgvuldige en vertrouwelijke omgang met personeelsgegevens - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van Nederlands én Engels - In staat om zelfstandig te werken én effectief samen te werken met collega's - Beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week in Oudkarspel en/of Katwijk
