The posting

Als HR Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige HR-opvolging van onze Franstalige medewerkers. Je zorgt voor een correcte personeelsadministratie en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor diverse HR-gerelateerde vragen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het onthaal en de administratieve opstart van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Het beheer van payroll- en personeelsadministratie
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen rond lonen, uurroosters, tijdsregistratie, opleidingen, tijdskrediet, mutualiteit en andere HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen
  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van medische onderzoeken en attesten voor chauffeurs
  • Het beheren van werkkledij en diverse HR-administratieve processen
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met interim- en selectiekantoren, het sociaal secretariaat en externe opleidingspartners
  • Het ondersteunen van welzijnsinitiatieven, sportactiviteiten en personeelsevenementen
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands-Frans en communiceert vlot met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partners.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een HR-gerelateerde richting of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een HR-functie en bent vertrouwd met personeelsadministratie en payrollprocessen.
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving is een plus en helpt je om medewerkers correct te informeren en te ondersteunen.
  • Ervaring met Protime en/of eBlox is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en bouwt vlot professionele relaties op.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat proactief te werk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie en handelt steeds professioneel.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in contacten met zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar draagt ook actief bij aan een positieve samenwerking binnen het HR-team.
  • Je bent flexibel, hands-on en haalt voldoening uit het ondersteunen van medewerkers gedurende hun volledige loopbaan binnen de organisatie.
