Als HR Medewerker Verzuim & Preventie bij NED Personeel ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze externe medewerkers tijdens verzuim en herstel. Je combineert persoonlijk contact met een nauwkeurige administratie en zorgt ervoor dat het verzuimproces soepel en tijdig verloopt. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over preventieve maatregelen en hoe we onze dienstverlening verder kunnen verbeteren. FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING: Je versterkt het HR-team binnen onze backoffice en werkt nauw samen met de HR Adviseur. Samen zorgen jullie voor een zorgvuldige begeleiding van onze externe medewerkers en een goede opvolging van het verzuimproces. Daarnaast schakel je dagelijks met onze relaties en de arbodienst. In deze functie zorg je dat verzuim- en herstelmeldingen zorgvuldig worden verwerkt en dat betrokken partijen tijdig worden geïnformeerd. Je bewaakt afspraken, signaleert knelpunten en draagt bij aan een goed georganiseerd verzuimproces. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Registreren, verwerken en opvolgen van verzuim- en herstelmeldingen - Telefonisch contact onderhouden met medewerkers - Bewaken van afspraken, acties en termijnen binnen het verzuimproces conform Wet verbetering poortwachter - Afstemmen met relaties, collega's en de arbodienst over de voortgang en vervolgstappen - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van re-integratietrajecten - Signaleren van terugkerende verzuimpatronen en knelpunten - Ondersteunen bij preventieve activiteiten en initiatieven rondom duurzame inzetbaarheid - Opstellen van verzuimoverzichten en meedenken over het verbeteren van werkprocessen.
