Als onze nieuwe HR-stagiair ben je een manusje-van-alles die schakelt tussen mens en organisatie, met als doel: een team dat optimaal presteert en barst van de energie. Over De Nieuwe Zaak De Nieuwe Zaak is al ruim 20 jaar een full service digitaal bureau in Zwolle. Wij denken steeds aan de volgende stap, niet alleen voor onze klanten, maar ook voor jou en je collega's. Samen met ruim 55 collega's werken we hier iedere dag hard aan. Dit doen we door flexibel te zijn en in te spelen op jouw ontwikkelpad. Tegelijkertijd voeg jij nieuwe kennis en ervaring toe aan De Nieuwe Zaak en werk je op een professionele wijze samen met je collega's en de klant. Zo leren we van en met elkaar. We zijn strategisch partner voor merken als Pure Energie en Cliniclowns. Samen met onder meer Fitzroy, MACH8 en 100procent vormen we United Playgrounds. Daardoor reiken HR-vragen hier soms verder dan ons eigen kantoor. Denk aan het organiseren van groepsbrede trainingen en kennissessies waar medewerkers van alle United Playgrounds-bureaus aan deelnemen. Wat ga je doen? Als HR-stagiair ben je de spil op de afdeling. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's, helpt hen met al hun vragen en zorgt dat de dagelijkse processen vlekkeloos verlopen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de HR-administratie, zoals het opstellen van contracten en het bijhouden van verzuim. Je bent de organisatorische spil binnen het HR-team van DNZ. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze HR-administratie en pakt het complete onboardingsproces op: van het opstellen van contracten tot het verzorgen van een warm welkom op die spannende eerste werkdag. Vervolgens draai je mee in het recruitmentproces: je plant sollicitatiegesprekken...
