Onze klant is een internationale organisatie met meerdere vestigingen in België. Voor hun nieuwe locatie in Boom bouwen ze verder aan een groeiend team en zoeken ze medewerkers die graag verantwoordelijkheid opnemen in een dynamische en ondernemende werkomgeving.

Jobomschrijving

In deze brede functie combineer je HR-administratie, office management en operationele ondersteuning. Je ondersteunt rechtstreeks de verantwoordelijke van de vestiging en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers op de site.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor algemene administratieve en praktische vragen.
  • Je ondersteunt de siteverantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse organisatie.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe partners en leveranciers.
  • Je organiseert praktische en facility-gerelateerde zaken.
  • Je controleert en volgt leveranciersfacturen op in samenwerking met de boekhouding.
  • Je beheert bestellingen van praktische benodigdheden voor de medewerkers.
  • Je biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Je volgt aanwezigheden, afwezigheden en ziekte op.
  • Je verzamelt en verwerkt variabele gegevens voor de payroll.
  • Je stelt arbeidscontracten op en verwerkt personeelswijzigingen.
  • Je organiseert de onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers.
  • Je bestelt en beheert onder andere laptops, badges en andere benodigdheden voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je werkt met verschillende HR- en administratieve systemen.
  • Je gaat discreet en zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke personeelsinformatie.
  • proactief en zelfstandig te werk gaat;
  • zelf informatie opzoekt en vragen stelt wanneer iets niet duidelijk is;
  • verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zaken zelfstandig opvolgt;
  • georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en administratief sterk is;
  • comfortabel is in een brede functie waarin HR, administratie en operations samenkomen;
  • discreet omgaat met gevoelige informatie;
  • bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring of achtergrond binnen HR of personeelsadministratie heeft;
  • vlot Nederlands spreekt en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans heeft;
  • voldoende sterk is in het Frans om opleidingen en interne communicatie in het Frans te volgen.
