Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationale speler zoeken we een nauwkeurige en gedreven HR Officer in regio Ekeren. In deze job neem je een belangrijke rol op binnen de HR-administratie en ondersteun je diverse HR-processen. Ben jij sterk in organisatie en hou je van afwisseling? Solliciteer dan snel!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je beheert de HR-administratie zoals afwezigheden, tijdsregistratie en sociale documenten, en houdt personeelsdossiers up-to-date.
  • Je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten op en zorgt voor een warm en gestructureerd onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je verzamelt, controleert en verwerkt alle gegevens die nodig zijn voor een vlotte en correcte payroll.
  • Je volgt functioneringsgesprekken en opleidingen administratief op en coördineert de organisatie van trainingen.
  • Je ondersteunt HR-digitaliseringsprojecten en denkt actief mee na over optimalisatie van processen binnen HR.

Wat zoeken wij in deze HR Officer:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in HR of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je kan relevante ervaring voorleggen als HR Administrator, HR Officer of HR Assistant.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met collega’s en externe partners.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede basis Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en respecteert deadlines.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel en Word); ervaring met HR-systemen zoals Blox of SAP is een plus.
