The posting

Als HR Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een breed en gevarieerd HR takenpakket. Je ondersteunt het team op vlak van rekrutering, payroll en HR-administratie. Daarnaast neem je een actieve rol in op verschillende HR projecten en draag je bij aan een positieve medewerkerservaring.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de interimplanning en coördinatie van jobstudenten;
  • Verwerken algemene HR administratie en rapportering;
  • Back-up voor payroll;
  • Opvolgen van arbeidsongevallen en bijhorende administratie;
  • Organiseren van personeelsvieringen en ondersteuning van het feestcomité;
  • Back-up voor selectieprocessen en onboarding
  • Uitrollen en opvolgen van trainingen;
  • Uitwerken van HR-projecten;
  • Onderzoeken, optimaliseren en implementeren van HR-systemen en processen;
  • …

Jij past bij ons en onze vacature omdat:

  • Je een bachelor in HRM, personeelswerk,… hebt of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je bij voorkeur reeds enkele jaren werkervaring hebt;
  • Je affiniteit hebt met een productie of technische omgeving;
  • Je sterk bent in orde scheppen in de chaos;
  • Je flexibel bent en snel kan schakelen tussen verschillende taken, vragen,…;
  • Je discretie hoog in het vaandel draagt;
  • Je punctueel kan werken zodat onze administratie steeds klopt;
  • Je een uitgebreide kennis hebt van Excel, kennis van Power BI is een plus;
  • Pluspunt: je hebt ervaring met eblox HR en eblox Payroll.
