Binnen ons HR-team voer je zelfstandig de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden uit. De nadruk ligt op recruitment, instroom, medewerkersbegeleiding en de praktische uitvoering van HR-beleid en -processen. Wat ga je doen? - Coördineren en uitvoeren van het recruitmentproces, van vacature tot indiensttreding - Ontwikkelen van aansprekende vacatureteksten en creatieve arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, waarbij je social media en eigentijdse wervingskanalen slim inzet om verschillende doelgroepen te bereiken. - Coördineren van onboarding zorgen voor een goede overgang van recruitment naar indiensttreding - Opstellen en verwerken van arbeidsovereenkomsten en overige HR-documentatie rondom in-, door- en uitstroom - Begeleiden van medewerkers en adviseren van leidinggevenden bij dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken - Ondersteunen bij verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid - Bewaken van HR-afspraken, deadlines en processen en signaleren van verbeterkansen - Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van HR-beleid, HR-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven Over Ons Hogewoning's Betrokkenheid bij Natuurlijke DecoratiesOver Ons Hogewoning's Betrokkenheid bij Natuurlijke Decoraties Wie ben jij?
