Over de organisatie

Voor een internationale marktleider binnen transport en logistiek zijn we op zoek naar een HR Officer. Je komt terecht in een dynamische HR-afdeling waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en groei centraal staan.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als HR Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een brede waaier aan administratieve HR-taken. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Actief ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van de payroll
  • Verzorgen van de administratieve onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Beheren en opvolgen van kort- en langdurige afwezigheden, ziekte en arbeidsongevallen
  • Registreren en administratief opvolgen van opleidingen
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met HR-gerelateerde vragen
  • Ondersteunen van de HR Business Partner bij diverse HR-projecten
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van HR-rapporteringen
  • Beheren van de contacten met interimkantoren
  • Controleren van HR-gerelateerde facturen
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen voor de HR-afdeling

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie als HR Officer herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een administratieve HR-functie
  • Ervaring binnen paritair comité 226 is een sterke troef
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Je bent flexibel en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Je bent klantgericht en helpt collega's graag verder met HR-gerelateerde vragen
