Wat je gaat doen Als HR Officer zorg je samen met je collega's voor een betrouwbare HR-administratie. Je ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-vragen, verwerkt personeelsmutaties en zorgt dat administratieve processen zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd. Je komt terecht in een team van 2 HR Officers, 3 HR Adviseurs en 2 Recruiters . Daarnaast heb je contact met externe partijen zoals het UWV, verzekeraars en het pensioenfonds. Jouw werkzaamheden - Verzorgen van de administratie rondom in-, door- en uitstroom. - Verwerken van personeelsmutaties en aanleveren van salarismutaties aan Finance. - Beheren van de HR-mailbox en beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers. - Ondersteunen bij verzuimadministratie. - Verwerken van aanvragen en declaraties richting externe partijen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in HR-processen. - Ondersteunen bij HR-projecten.
