Nu krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om het zelf te regelen. Heb je je eerste ervaring binnen HR opgedaan en ben je toe aan een functie waarin je meer zelfstandigheid krijgt? Bij Dekker Hout zoeken we een HR Officer die ervoor zorgt dat onze dagelijkse HR-administratie goed geregeld is. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager, maar krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werkzaamheden. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en wacht niet tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren. Van personeelsmutaties en contracten tot verlof, verzuimadministratie en vragen van collega's: jij zorgt dat het klopt en op tijd geregeld is. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Officer ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden in Vianen. Het grootste gedeelte van je werk bestaat uit personeelsadministratie. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zelfstandig te organiseren. Concreet ga je: - Personeelsgegevens en personeelsdossiers verwerken en beheren in ADP - Mutaties rondom in-, door- en uitstroom, verlof en WAZO verwerken - De administratie rondom verzuim verzorgen - Werken met ADP en Kelio voor onder andere personeels- en tijdsregistratie - Contracten, wijzigingen en andere HR-documentatie voorbereiden en verwerken - Medewerkers en leidinggevenden helpen met dagelijkse HR-vragen - Ondersteunen bij de onboarding van nieuwe collega's - Maandelijkse HR-rapportages voorbereiden en verzorgen - Signaleren wanneer acties, informatie of documenten ontbreken en hier zelfstandig achteraan gaan; - Waar nodig ondersteunen bij incidentele vacatures en recruitment.
